I like picking reserved seats. The recliners are awesome and screens are huge; the whole theater seems renovated. Great popcorn! Good movie selection and convenient. Everyone I encountered was nice. Great theater all in all!
I will not soon patronize the AMC Marple 10 theater in Springfield, PA again. Upon entering the theater, not only were the foyer and lobby areas aesthetically displeasing, filled with debris and food particles left behind, but the staff was not very accommodating or pleasant to deal with at all.
*Please be advised that the ONLY reason one star is highlighted is because, without any rating, NO REVIEW can be posted.* The overall first-time experience and customer service at the AMC Marple 10 Theater receives a zero for their blatant disregard for general public, potential paying customers and for their inability to take ownership of their shortcomings once they were made aware.
I love maple 10....reclining chairs, clean aisles...great selection of movies...and good parking most of the time. Popcorn is fresh. I gave it 4 stars because the bathrooms need a bit more attention.
Their website listed a show at one time, however, when friends and I, who had driven from out of town, attempted to purchase tickets for the advertised show, per the website, we were told that it had already been shown four hours prior. The young gentleman associate who spoke to us was not to blame. However, he was not the most knowledgeable and attempted to retract his statement once management was requested. While several other employees gathered during a verbal altercation, communicating between headsets, it was disappointing that not one of them had a feasible resolution. Not even the gentleman who was said to be the "manager on duty (MOD)" offered complimentary tickets or a comparable solution to the issue.
I went to see Justice League. I arrived at the theatre around 11:20am and the movie was scheduled for 11am. Theatre was crowded and dark. I located the row my seats were on but I was not able to locate my seats. I went out and asked the employee that scans the tickets if anyone was available to assist me in locating my seats. The employee replied very rudely that you are supposed to locate your own seats. I went to the ticket counter to further inquire and that employee was very rude as well and was not accommodating. Luckily my son located our seats.
If a theater is going to have assigned seating (which I truly enjoy) you should have an employee available to assist customers that are having a hard time locating their seats.
This movie theater is best. Top notch chairs the goods is good the place is clean the parking is abundant. Came had fun with no problems here
