Nothing but superb service and the rooms are always clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone
Room smelled so strongly of smoke that I could barely breathe, refused to stay, extremely disappointed
Stay in your car, it would be cleaner and you would not itch. We needed to get a room due to the power outage in our area. This was one of the only places who had an available room. Well, there was a reason for that. We ended up getting a suite because they said it was the only available room. Also had to pay an adult rate for my 14 year old son. The woman at the front desk let me look at the room before taking which was nice of her but did not matter since I was desperate. First look at the room was so so, just thinking it was good enough due to children and disabled husband needing beds. I did a quick look not thinking that I should have removed sheets and bathroom shower curtain towel folded towel on top.. So we checked in. After we entered the room and took down the sheets, we found hair and weird stains or dirt marks all over the bed sheets. We looked closer and examined the sheets and didn't see bugs, but then a little while after my son went into the bed and under the sheets and complained he was getting bit on his foot and leg. I walked into the bathroom and opened the shower curtain to find the shower floor all dirty with hair and whatever else. The towel on top had stains or could have been used and folded back on top. After that, we decided it was not worth the desperation as we didn't want to bring anything home with us if we stayed there any longer. I went to the front desk to the same woman who checked us in and complained about the room and said we could not stay there. I explained what was in the room and how dirty it was with further inspection and she said that she let me look at the room before taking it and I was not getting a refund. I stated that I didn't think I needed to remove the sheets to inspect them before renting the dirty disgusting room nor did I think I had to remove the shower curtain or dirty towel above it to think there would not be hair and dirt all over the shower floor. She said she would refund me 20% and that was it. I took the refund, and decided I am contacting the BBB so they can look further into this should be condemned motel.

My husband and daughter went home to a surprise of a major power outage we had no choice but to stay at a hotel. This was less expensive and had availability on short notice anyway our room was not what I expected I thought it would be dirty smelly not taken care of especially for the price. Well to my surprise it was well cleaned even smelled better then rooms I jave paid $200 a night for. Its not a five star harrah's but for a short stay it works
