Gone here more than 3 times, based on referrals, but things never looked totally cleaned. There's always spots on something! And each time I've used Resolve and the stains came right out. Sometimes I've wondered if maybe they forgot to clean them! Besides that the people inside the office when you drop things off are really unfriendly. Cannot recommend them to anyone and I don't go back there anymore.
